In-Flight Food Options by Airline

At our PHL Airport parking facility, we think one of the best parts of flying is the complimentary snacks and beverages that you get on most airlines. We’ve compiled a list of some popular airlines and the food that they offer depending on your flight class, length, and destination:

United

International Flights

Global First Class: A six-course meal that includes a warm appetizer, soup, salad, your choice of entree, and a cheese course. You’ll also get an ice cream sundae and petite sweets.

Business First Class: A five-course meal that includes a chilled appetizer, salad, your choice of entree, and a cheese course. You’ll also get an ice cream sundae.

Economy: A complimentary meal.

North American Flights

First Class 1 hour or less: Biscoff cookies or pretzels.

First Class 1 - 2 1/2 hours: A warm breakfast scone or a selection of snacks and fresh fruit.

First Class 2 1/2 - 5 hours: Full meal service during traditional meal times or a snack between traditional meal times.

First Class 5 hours or longer: Full meal service and a pre-arrival snack. On late night flights, travelers will receive a snack and a pre-arrival warm scone.

Economy 2 - 3 1/2 hours: Your choice of snacks.

Economy 3 1/2 hours or longer: Your choice of snacks. Travelers on flights between 5 a.m. and 8 p.m. will receive a choice of Bistro Menu options.

American Airlines

International Flights

First & Business Class: A four-course meal that includes an appetizer, soup or salad, your choice of entree, and a dessert.

Main Cabin: A menu with appetizers, salads, entrees, and desserts based on the length and destination of your flight.

North American Flights

First & Business Class: A chef-inspired meal prepared by the American Airlines Culinary team.

Main Cabin: A variety of snacks or other food options for purchase, depending on the length and destination of your flight.

JetBlue

Your choice of snacks on every flight with “Eat Up” boxes and other snacks available for purchase.

Delta

Intercontinental Flights

Business Elite: A complimentary five-course seasonal meal.

First Class: A complimentary meal.

Transcontinental Flights

Business Elite: A complimentary seasonal five-course meal, depending on your flight.

First Class 1 hour: Your choice of snacks.

First Class 1 - 2 hours: Your choice of snacks depending on the time of your flight.

First Class 2 - 3 1/2 hours: A complimentary meal during meal times.

First Class 3 1/2 hours or longer: A complimentary meal.

Economy Class up to 1 1/2 hours: Flights from 5 a.m. to 9:45 a.m.: Biscoff cookies. Flights later than 9:45: pretzels.

Economy Class 1 1/2 - 3 1/2 hours: Your choice of snacks plus “high-quality snacks” available for purchase.

Economy Class 3 1/2 hours or longer: Your choice of snacks plus other snacks and small meals available for purchase.

Transatlantic Flights

1 hour or longer: A variety of snacks available for purchase.

Flights Between U.S. and Europe, the Middle East, and South America

Economy: Your choice between two complimentary seasonal meals.

Other Flights

First Class 3/12 hours or longer: A complimentary meal on flights between 5 a.m. and 8 p.m.

2 1/2 - 3 1/2 hours: Snack boxes available for purchase.

3 1/2 hours or longer: Sandwiches, wraps, and parfaits available for purchase.
